SNOWBASIN & POWDER MOUNTAIN VACATION RENTALS 

Perfect Location. At least for us, in the Winter The convenience of making a right hand turn, out of the neighborhood and basically Dead ending at the parking lot of Powder Mountain is amazing to say the least. Then if for some Reason you were bored over there. You are only about 15 mins to Snow Basin. I only do 1 ski trip a year. And this is where I stay and ski. You can’t go wrong. House has three levels. 8 bedrooms. And plenty of places to relax or sit and chat. Everything went completely smooth from check-in until Check-out. Great value. See ya next year for the Superbow!!!

Great property, met all of our needs We had a group of 10 at this house for a ski trip and it was the ideal property. The location was great and the number of rooms and beds more than met our needs. I would recommend this property.

antastic house and Janet is a great and responsive manager. Downstairs living room and pingpong table were excellent for the youngsters, as were all the bedrooms down there. The layout allows for kids and grownups to have a great time. Plenty of space to store skis and boots and the hot tub was good and hot! (other homes we’ve rented seem to have the max temp set just a tad too low… not this one, it was great to jump in there after a long ski day and be surrounded by snow). The only minor thing worth mentioning is when dining room table leaves are put in to accommodate a large group, the couches and side tables start getting in the way a bit, but nothing at all major. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly be back again if we can muster a group this size!

Grand home with glorious views We were a family reunion of 16, including 3 small kids. Firstly, several of our group flew into Salt Lake Airport, it is a easy 60 minute drive. We also had a couple who took the train to Ogden from the airport. That worked out well also. The house was grand, lots of comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and tons of towels. The kitchen was well stocked; we prepared several dinners and all sat around the table. The pool was perfect for the little kids and close enough to walk. Others hiked, biked and golfed close to the house. We had nightly ping-pong games, shuffle board and pool. The whole vacation was enjoyed by everyone! Thank you

A great house for our family reunion! We truly enjoyed our stay at the Big Horn house with all of the rooms and amenities it provided. We had family coming from all over for a reunion and it provided such a comfortable stay for everyone. We especially loved the ping pong, pool, shuffle board, and hot tub!

Our family gathered from all over the US for a treasured week together – and everyone was absolutely thrilled with this wonderful home which helped make our week together even better than we’d hoped! This home is so well equipped – every possible need was anticipated and provided for. It is beautiful and perfectly maintained! And the location was perfect as well for our active family to have close proximity to water activities, hiking, and fun field-day activities at Eden’s town park. Everyone in our family felt this was our best reunion ever!

We had 12 guys from 30 to 75. Plenty of room for privacy. Three floors with a large view of the valley on each floor. The guys used the the outdoor hot tub several times. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong (I am a little rusty). We cook our meals every night and fully use the well accessorized kitchen. This was our second year so we knew what to expect. The boot and ski drying room is a bonus with a heated boot drying rack. Needless to say the guys love the place. We ski mostly Powder Mountain but go to the other mountains when conditions change. A great setup our favorite so far as our group grows!!

We had a wonderful time at this house for Thanksgiving weekend with our whole family. We’ve stayed in several homes in the same neighborhood and decided that this house is our favorite. There is so much space, a private hot tub and a view! Wow! We liked so many things about this house; we especially appreciated all the kitchen items, pans, pots, plates, and serving utensils; so many homes have the bare minimum, but this house had it all, and it was so nice. We made good use of the ping pong table, pool table and card table. Excellent communication from owners, very nice people. We’ll never forget this weekend and hope to book again soon

Wow!!!!!! Our family of six recently stayed at Trapper Ridge 122, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom home gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax, while still feeling warm and welcoming for family time together. The layout was ideal — roomy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts, Janet and Jeff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our visit. From quick communication to thoughtful touches throughout the home, they were incredibly accommodating and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
